Week 32 (Cauayan)

MAAYONG ADLAW SA TANAN I'm super sorry but I have like no time to email right now. We are in Bacolod again because we are processing papers for a marriage and my time is super super short. I took lots of pictures this week and so hopefully that will be enough for now. My new area is super big and it's mountains so that's exciting. The branch is super nice and the members are strong and really helping in missionary work. I miss Binalbagan a lot but I am beginning to like Cauayan and I'll give you a better update next week! Week 31 (Binalbagan)

MAAYONG HAPON AND BREAKING NEWS So they are pulling us out of Binalbagan. Sister Ronquillo and I were so shook and panicked but it's okay now.  Maybe.  I'm being transferred to the Cauayan Branch with Sister Ignacio as my new companion. I'm excited but nervous because this area is more rural/mountainous then Binalbagan. I already miss the people of Binalbagan and especially Binalbagan ward. I really don't have much time but we did exchanges this week and I was with Sister Tamo who is going home this week and she is so much fun and it's weird that her mission is over now.  And Joshua was baptized. Long story short, we accidentally met his father in a different part of binalbagan and sister ronquillo was like we're going to come visit you in your house and he was like alright and so we did and started teaching them and Joshua immediately started coming to church and his friends and cousins are members (what are the odds). Week 30 (Binalbagan)

I really know this gospel is true. And I really really love the people here. You know how I figured that one out? Because if I didn't believe in what I was doing and if I didn't care about the people I would not still be here. This week was super duper hot and exhausting. Also, I'm afraid I will be eternally cold once I leave because if it's like 75 degrees here, I'm cold. Anyways, so things that happened this week: Bishop and his wife came with us one night to a family that was baptized in December but stopped coming to church and a sister who will hopefully be married and baptized in May. It was really nice of them to come and help us, and treat us to dinner after :P I am seeing the importance of the ward and missionaries working TOGETHER. We're all on the same team, trying to help our brothers and sisters to come unto Christ and find true happiness. IT IS SO BLAZING HOT.
