Week 48 (Cauayan)

Maayong aga liwat sa inyo tanan!

So we had follow-up training meeting last Tuesday for Sister Nanlabi so we went to Bacolod and I saw Sister Hostetter and Sister Clarke and Elder Keller! That's like almost the whole batch from the MTC! It was fun and we learned a lot. I played the piano for the meeting and then Sister Nanlabi and I had to do a practice teaching about the Book of Mormon in front of everyone! It was a little nervewracking but it was good :)

On Saturday, it was Sister Nanlabi's birthday and we had a FHE (family home evening) activity at Seny May's house. We invited members, less active members, and nonmembers we are teaching. We taught an object lesson about the Atonement using betadine, bleach, and water :) about how the Atonement can cleanse us of all and any of our sins. We played some games and ate food and made s'mores (shoutout to Elder and Sister Willis).

On Sunday, Sister Jan Grace came to church again! With her husband, Eriberto! We were literally jumping with excitement when we saw them enter the gates. Also, we visited the families of the Isio Children Crew and started setting appointments to teach them and asking if it was okay that their children are going to church and want to be baptized. All of them said it was okay and we set appointments or taught most of them so we are super excited for this area! They and Romnick are still my favorite people :D

The hottest day this week was 93 degrees and at night it was 88 degrees, don't forget that it's very humid so it feels hotter. The coldest day I have experienced was 76 degrees.

Love you all!
